    This is an authentic antique Mandalay Period
    (1752-1885)
    Buddhist Temple bell that was used in a Buddhist Wat. This is a sturdy bell with nice thick walls and a strong crown. Also, this bell still has the original clapper which is rare, and it retains a very beautiful clear tone.
    Bells like this are still used in Buddhist Wats (temples) throughout Southeast Asia and are also used by monks during religious ceremonies and festivals.
